Even when we accidentally requested pickup from the wrong hotel, they quickly helped us change the pickup location without any problems. The driver and staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the day.
The yacht tour was so much fun, and our children absolutely loved it. They even said it was the best experience they had in Bali! Seeing them so happy made this trip even more special for our family.
We truly appreciate the excellent service and warm hospitality. If we visit Bali again, we will definitely book with Salaya Yachts Charter Bali again. Highly recommended!
The 2-hour sunset cruise was worth every penny—a high-end experience that felt exclusive without being overly expensive. The yacht itself is beautiful and fully equipped with a bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and spacious front and back sections for lounging. It felt very private and comfortable throughout the journey.
The captain, crew, and on-ground staff were extremely friendly, professional, and polite from beginning to end. They kept us pampered with wine and fresh fruits, allowing us to just chill and enjoy the spectacular views. The cruise was incredibly smooth, and the highlight was seeing Mount Agung far away above the clouds—it was truly dream-like and surreal.
It was an amazing afternoon, and we will definitely contact them again the next time we visit Bali! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and scenic private yacht experience.
The crew were professional, friendly and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the trip.. drinks and snacks were served, and they were happy to help us take photos to capture the memories. Overall, a wonderful day on the water.. highly recommended!
What makes this especially frustrating is that management later confirmed they already knew beforehand and forgot to inform us.
We were only told once we were already on the water, meaning we had no chance to reschedule or cancel.
We reached out several times asking for a reasonable solution, but never received any compensation.
Poor communication and disappointing handling of a very expensive booking.
