It turned out that the trip was very enjoyable. The captain, crew, and guide were very friendly and helped us a lot during the trip. Especially Kep Ofan, who was very friendly. Thank you, Salaya✨

We had our yacht trip today. But the experience is been very bad.

1) Food was rotten n spoilt. Asked for vegetarian. But it had 1 non veg item.

2) No AC in the cabin. Staff say generator broken. Either u shud fix it before the trip or should not take the booking.

3) End of the trip no enough water bottles left sent very few. And after arguing for it they borrowed from some other yacht.

4) Had sent only very few coke n sweat drink.

5) Seat cushion is broken here and there.

6) Snacks was promised nothing was given.

7) Inspite of paying entry fee n ranger fee. The ranger demanded extra money saying ur agency hasnt paid me.

Inspite of paying such a hefty amount for the trip considering it to be a luxury yacht ride. Ut turned out to be a nightmare.

Not at all happy with your service. I will take this feedback on social media too.

Not worth the money paid. I dont recommend anyone.

This tour around some of Komodo’s of the islands was honestly one of the most incredible travel experiences of our lives. From the moment we stepped on board, everything felt special. Aldo and the crew were welcoming, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable. Aldo was kind enough to take photos throughout the trip to share with us. The boat itself was beautiful and perfect for exploring the islands at whatever pace we wanted. The snorkelling was amazing. We were completely alone in the locations we visited and the water was crystal clear. We saw a massive sea turtle too! The most surreal and wonderful moment was sitting on the front of the yacht, watching the sun go down and listening to music. We were entirely alone in the middle of the sea and it was beautiful. Overall, this was an unforgettable day and easily one of the best tours we’ve ever done.

Everything went so smooth from beginning to end. Communication with Atry was great! Our driver, Tyno, was very courteous as well. The boat and its crew was very accommodating. But the gold star goes to our amazing tour guy, Arie!!! He was so kind, peaceful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with our very active 4 year old. They took us to 6 different locations and he stayed with us at all times, making sure we were enjoying at all time and taking pictures with his own camera, which was a huge plus for me because I never get to be in the pictures (because Im the one usually taking the pictures). He shared them all with us and all of these magical moments will become a lasting reminder of all the meaningful moments we had thanks to him and the crew. I highly recommend this company and if you get Arie, you will be blessed! Our whole family is grateful for everything…gracias!
